Preaching the light of Jesus to the world at McKBC since September 2002.
Pastor Dan was born in Seattle, Washington and came to faith at age 11. After graduating high school in 1973, he joined the United States Navy, serving 24 years and retiring in Oak Harbor, WA in 1997.
He married his high school sweetheart, Laurie — together more than 50 years, with three children (Carmen, Jason, and Jeremy) and nine grandchildren. He attended Gateway Seminary (Vancouver, WA campus) and served at Valley Baptist Church (1997–2002) before becoming pastor at McKenzie Road Baptist Church in September 2002.

Our Gatherings
9:30 – 10:30 AM · Classes for every age, from children through adults.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Visitors are always welcome.
5:00 PM · Weekly Bible study, currently in Max Lucado’s “Life Lessons.”
7:00 – 8:00 PM · Zoom link available — join us from home.
